Frames and figures - moulding with clay + laminating + painting
Again it showed that modelling put high demands on the abibilities of the children, especially when it comes to little figurines. The most easy to accomplish were the little snowmen: three balls of clay connected together. But beside of these simple figurines also complicated were made. They were also laminated to make them durable. After these figurines and frames had been dried, they were painted white and than coloured. Some of the children allready got a remarkable colour sense, which you can observe on the photographs. Finally the objects were coated with clear varnish.
